3. Legal Basis
Personal data shall be processed exclusively when there is a valid legal basis enabling such processing, such as compliance with legal obligations, execution of contractual relationships, consent granted by the data subject, or the legitimate interest of the controller, provided that fundamental rights are not infringed.
4. Data Transfers and Data Processing by Third Parties
OPERADORA PUEBLO SpA may disclose personal data to suppliers or third parties acting as data processors, exclusively for the fulfillment of specific, determined and legitimate purposes, under contractual conditions that guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and security of the information, as well as its use solely within the scope of the entrusted purpose.
The transfer of data to such data processors shall be carried out pursuant to duly valid executed service contracts, under which such third parties shall be obliged to process the data exclusively in accordance with the instructions received, refraining from any additional or unauthorized processing not expressly permitted by OPERADORA PUEBLO SpA.

Once the right to cancellation has been exercised, the personal data shall be blocked and processing suspended, without prejudice to their retention where strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations or where liability of a judicial, legal or contractual nature may arise.
