General Provisions
This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions governing access to and use of the website http://www.puebloladehesa.cl (hereinafter, the “Site” or the “Website”), which is owned by OPERADORA PUEBLO SpA, represented for these purposes by Mr./Ms. José Joaquín Perez Adriasola, ID No. 6.334.221-1, domiciled at Avenida Vitacura No. 4380, 15th floor, Vitacura, Metropolitan Region, Chile.
We recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions for your information.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to any person who accesses the Website (the “User”) and shall be deemed incorporated into each of the agreements entered into (the “Client”) with OPERADORA PUEBLO SpA (hereinafter “PUEBLO SpA”) through this Website.
The use of this Website, the application of these Terms and Conditions, and any acts or agreements executed through this Website are subject to the laws of the Republic of Chile, especially Law No. 19.496 on Consumer Protection and Law No. 19.628 on Personal Data Protection. Accordingly, PUEBLO SpA shall strictly comply with all benefits, guarantees, and/or rights established by these laws for transactions carried out through the Site.
Freedom of Navigation and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
To use the Site, the User must have a secure and stable broadband Internet connection between the User’s access device and the Site. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the User is responsible for having the technological means necessary for proper visualization and operation of the Site, such as a stable Internet connection and an updated browser.
Access to the Site is free of charge for the User or Client, as is the use of software and mobile applications to visit, compare, and purchase the services offered. Merely visiting the Site does not impose any obligation, unless the User and/or Client has unequivocally expressed, through positive actions, their intention to acquire certain services, as indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
Express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will be required before making any payment through the Site’s booking engine. For this purpose, the User must click on an enabled checkbox with the phrase “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions” (or equivalent), which shall constitute valid, free, informed, and unequivocal consent by the User regarding their acceptance.
How to Contract Services
To make purchases on this Site, you must follow the steps below by completing the required fields and clicking the corresponding buttons:
- Enter the period for which you wish to make a reservation and the number of guests.
- From the displayed alternatives, select the most suitable unit.
- Enter your name and contact details, including email address.
- Choose a payment method and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Complete the payment through the selected platform.
Once the payment has been completed, the description of the selected services will be displayed on screen, including check-in and check-out dates, unit type, price, payment method, total transaction value, purchase conditions, and a unique booking code. This same information will be sent to the registered email address.
The processing of Personal Data provided during the service contracting process shall be carried out in accordance with Law No. 19.628 and our Privacy Policy (ADD HYPERLINK).
Payment Methods
Unless otherwise indicated for specific cases or promotions, the products and services offered on this Site may be paid through the WebPay Plus, MercadoPago, and PayPal payment platforms using the following payment methods:
- Bank credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club International, or American Express.
- Bank debit cards under the Redcompra system, issued by Chilean banks.
- Bank transfer, when expressly indicated.
Users acknowledge that these payment platforms and payment methods belong to third-party service providers independent from and not related to PUEBLO SpA., therefore, the continuity of their services and the proper functioning of their online payment tools and buttons shall be the sole responsibility of such companies.
If, for any reason, a transaction is canceled and payment has been made through any of these methods, the refund shall be subject to the conditions established by the bank, financial institution, or issuer of the corresponding credit or debit card contracted by the Client and used for payment. All aspects related to the use of these credit or debit cards, such as issuance date, expiration, credit limits, blocks, and others not mentioned herein, shall be governed, in relation to the issuing or operating company, by the respective Account Agreement and Terms of Use, which shall prevail in case of contradiction.
The Site may, when applicable, inform special or exclusive offers associated with one or more payment methods.
Cancellation and Modification Policies
Any modification or cancellation must be requested in writing via email to contacto@puebloladehesa.cl, indicating the reservation holder’s name and booking code.
High Season
Modification:
- Up to 15 days before arrival date: free of charge, subject to availability.
Cancellation:
- Up to 15 days before arrival date: 100% refund of the total reservation amount.
- From 14 days before arrival date until arrival date: 100% charge of the total reservation amount.
In cases of force majeure, the conditions shall be as follows:
- 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Force majeure includes natural disasters, epidemics, quarantines, border closures, civil conflicts, or other similar causes beyond the control of PUEBLO SpA that make service provision impossible.
In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total reserved stay will be charged.
Other Conditions for Reservation Modifications
- If the modification includes dates with different rates, there may be a price difference to be paid.
- Existing reservations cannot be canceled to issue new reservations with promotional rates.
- Reservations may only be modified once. Upon modification, the original reservation policies shall remain in force.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall PUEBLO SpA be liable for:
- Improper use of materials displayed on the Site by users or visitors.
- Damages arising from technical failures, website errors, or service interruptions.
- Content from external websites linked to the Site.
- Loss, misuse, or unauthorized use of reservation validation codes.
PUEBLO SpA does not guarantee permanent availability or continuity of the Website’s operation.
The total contractual or legal liability of PUEBLO SpA shall in no case exceed the amount effectively paid by the User for the corresponding reservation.
Data Security
PUEBLO SpA shall adopt the necessary and prudent measures to safeguard the security of Users’ and/or Clients’ personal data through encryption systems and security certificates. The Site uses HTTPS, HSTS, TLS protocols, SSL certificates, among others, which provide greater security in information processing and website navigation.
Personal data voluntarily provided by the User shall become part of a PUEBLO SpA database and may only be processed by PUEBLO SpA for the automatic completion of documents, receipts, or transaction-related records, operation of payment methods available on the Site, reservation management, communications, handling inquiries, and other actions necessary for proper service provision. Such data shall not be shared with third parties except where permitted by law.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, users shall be responsible for the loss, misuse, or unauthorized use of their validation information.
Personal Data
Users guarantee that the information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date.
The Client or User may revoke authorization for the processing of personal data and shall always have ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, deletion, and portability) in accordance with Law No. 19.628 on Personal Data Protection. To exercise these rights, revoke authorization, or modify personal information registered on the Site, the User must send an email to contacto@puebloladehesa.cl. PUEBLO SpA must respond within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.

Electronic Documents
The User expressly authorizes OPERADORA PUEBLO SpA, Tax ID No. 78.331.527-0, to issue tax documents derived from this transaction exclusively by electronic means, in accordance with regulations issued by the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII).
Scope of the Stated Conditions
PUEBLO SpA shall not modify the conditions under which services were contracted while they remain published on the Website. Prices indicated on the Site shall apply fully to service contracts made through this channel, even if they differ from those offered through other PUEBLO SpA sales channels such as catalogs, television, radio, email, or others.
Any changes in prices, conditions, promotions, or offers published on the Site shall apply only to future transactions and shall be informed prior to contracting the service, without affecting consumers’ acquired rights under Law No. 19.496.
PUEBLO SpA strictly complies with the right established in Article 3, letter b) of Law No. 19.496, regarding the provision of truthful and timely information about offered services, their price, contracting conditions, and other relevant characteristics.
Intellectual Property
All content included on this Site, such as text, graphic material, logos, button icons, source codes, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of PUEBLO SpA or its content providers and is protected by Chilean and international intellectual property laws.
Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization from PUEBLO SpA is prohibited, without prejudice to exceptions expressly established by law.
Communications
All promotional communications sent electronically by PUEBLO SpA, with the prior express consent of the User and/or Client, shall clearly identify their advertising nature, indicate the sender’s identity, and provide an easy mechanism allowing recipients to request suspension of such communications, in accordance with Article 28 B of Law No. 19.496. Upon such request, PUEBLO SpA shall immediately cease sending new communications.
